How Virtual Sessions Work
Tava sessions are conducted virtually, unless an in person session was scheduled.
Here’s what to expect:
• You’ll receive a confirmation email when you schedule your session.
• A reminder text will be sent 15 minutes before your session.
• You can also log in to your Tava account and click “Join Session” at any time.
You can join from any smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection. For the best experience, we recommend Wi-Fi or Ethernet, though 5G/4G/LTE data connections are supported.
During your session, you and your provider will be able to see and hear each other, just like a Zoom or FaceTime call. If needed, you can also use the chat feature to share links, documents, or troubleshoot technical issues.
