If you’re having trouble signing in, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Go to care.tavahealth.com and click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page. Alernatively, navigate to care.tavahealth.com/forgot-password.
- Check your email for a password reset link—it should arrive within 15 minutes.
- If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- If you still haven't received an email, it is possible the incorrect email was entered. Try a different email address, or contact client-support@tavahealth.com.
Tip: Be sure that you are logging in with the email address you scheduled your appointment with.
