Appointment Reminders
Choose how often you’d like to be reminded about upcoming sessions: 1 day before, 1 hour before or 15 minutes before the session start time.
You will always receive a notification when a new therapy appointment is scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled.

How to Access Your Preferences
It’s simple to update your email settings anytime:
Open any appointment reminder or newsletter you receive from Tava.
Scroll to the bottom of the message.
Click “Manage Preferences.”
Select and save your desired options. If you want to completely unsubscribe, click the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the page after accessing the preferences.
How to Unsubscribe from SMS Messages
To stop receiving SMS messages from Tava Health, follow these steps:
Reply to the text message you received with the word STOP.
Repeat this process for each Tava Health number if you receive messages from multiple numbers. Note that replying "STOP" only blocks messages from the specific number you reply to.
