To schedule a session, log in to your Tava account at care.tavahealth.com. Once you’ve selected a therapist, click “Schedule” next to their name, choose a time that works for you, and click “Confirm” to finalize your appointment.
Availability & Special Requests
• Sessions can be scheduled as soon as 12 hours in advance and up to 30 days out.
• If you need an earlier appointment or want to book further in advance, message your therapist—they may be able to accommodate your request.
Appointment Confirmation & Reminders
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with your session link immediately after scheduling.
• A text reminder with the session link will be sent 15 minutes before your appointment.
• You can also access the session link anytime by logging into your account.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Most providers have a fee policy for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session. If you have any questions about this, feel free to message your therapist directly.
