During Tava therapy sessions on the Tava Video platform, you may be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone.
If your camera and microphone are blocked in Microsoft Edge, follow the steps below.
Edge on desktop
Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
In the drop-down menus next to Camera and Microphone, select Allow.
Refresh the page.
If your camera and microphone are still disabled, you may need to reset the site permissions:
While you are on your Tava session page, click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
Click Site Permissions.
At the bottom of the settings page, click Reset permissions.
Refresh the page.
When prompted again, select Allow for camera and microphone access.
If access is still blocked, check your device’s camera and microphone privacy settings and make sure Microsoft Edge is allowed to use them.
Edge on mobile or tablet
Open your device’s Settings app.
Go to Apps and select Edge.
Tap Permissions and make sure Camera and Microphone are allowed.
Quit and reopen the Edge app.
