During therapy sessions on the Tava Video platform, you will be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone. If you accidentally block these permissions, don't worry! We'll help you fix it.
If your camera and microphone are blocked in your Safari browser, follow these instructions to re-enable them for your Tava therapy session.
Safari on Mac
In the top right of your computer, click Safari, then Website Settings. In the dropdown next to Camera and Microphone, click Allow, then refresh the page.
Safari on iOS Mobile
You will be prompted to enable permissions each time you join a session from Safari on iOS. If permissions are accidentally denied then you can simply refresh the page and try again.
If you wish, you can turn on a global camera permissions setting for all websites. To do this, go to your Settings app → scroll down to Safari → click Camera/Microphone, then tap Allow.
See other browser instructions here.
