During therapy sessions on the Tava Video platform, you will be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone. If you accidentally block these permissions, don't worry! We'll help you fix it.
If your camera and microphone are blocked in Samsung Internet (the default browser for many Galaxy phones and tablets), follow the instructions below.
- Press Enable webcam.
- Press Allow to use the camera and microphone.
- Press Allow to record audio and video. (Note: this does not actually mean the call is being recorded. It simply means the browser has permission to use the camera and microphone.)
If you don't see these options, you may need to update your Galaxy Samsung.
