If your camera and microphone are blocked in Samsung Internet (the default browser for many Galaxy phones and tablets), follow the steps below.
Tap Enable webcam.
Tap Allow to use the camera and microphone.
If prompted, tap Allow to record audio and Allow to take pictures and record video.
Note: These prompts do not mean the call is being recorded. They mean the browser has permission to use your camera and microphone.
If you do not see these options, try the following:
In Samsung Internet, tap the menu icon, then go to Settings → Sites and downloads → Site permissions.
Make sure Camera and Microphone permissions are enabled for the site.
If the issue continues, go to your phone’s Settings → Apps → Samsung Internet → Permissions, then make sure Camera and Microphone are allowed.
If needed, update Samsung Internet and your device software, then try again.
