Tava Health is the platform your therapist may use to help manage parts of your care experience. Depending on how your therapist works with Tava, you may receive emails or texts from Tava about appointments, virtual sessions, or billing.
How your therapist may use Tava
Your therapist may use Tava to support care in a few different ways, including:
Scheduling appointments
Sending appointment reminders
Sharing links for virtual sessions
Processing payments or sending billing-related updates
Sending receipts or other session-related notifications
Why you might get emails from Tava
If your therapist uses Tava, you may receive emails or texts related to your care, including appointment reminders, session links, payment receipts, or billing notifications.
Your provider may set up automated reminders for your upcoming appointments. Communications from your provider will come from the no-reply address client-support@info.tavahealth.com. To help make sure these emails arrive in your inbox, add this sender to your email contacts. If you cannot find your appointment reminder emails, contact your provider.
Virtual appointments
If you have a telehealth appointment, your email and/or text reminder will contain the unique link you will use to join the appointment virtually.
If you have trouble joining a virtual session or enabling your camera and microphone, see Troubleshooting Tava Video.
Questions about billing emails
If you received a billing-related email from Tava and are not sure why, your therapist is usually the best first point of contact. They can help explain whether the message is related to an upcoming appointment, a payment method, or a receipt.
If you still need help, contact Tava support at client-support@tavahealth.com.
