Providers and clients can communicate easily and securely in the Tava platform.

Log into your Tava account and click on the envelope button next to your provider's name to send them a message. 

You can send and receive attachments from your provider by clicking the paper clip icon once you have started to type your message. 

If you have an emergency or urgent matter, please use a crisis resource or call 911 instead of messaging your provider.
