If your new address is within the same state as your previous address, you can easily update your address on your profile.
- Log in to your Tava account at care.tavahealth.com and navigate to your Profile Info.
- Click "Edit" next to your address
- Enter the new address and hit save
If your new address is in a different state, this update will need to be handled by a Tava support representative to ensure your provider is licensed in your new state. Email client-support@tavahealth.com with your updated address for assistance.
