Your Horizon BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) Member ID is located below your name on the front of your BCBS ID card. Please make sure to include your three-digit alpha prefix, as well as all of the numbers after these when entering your Member ID at Tava.

PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT SEE clients with any CHIP, Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans at this time, including as a secondary payer for services.
If you don't have your insurance card, you can access your Member ID by signing in to your account at regence.com or on the Regence app.
Check to see if your employer provides coverage for Tava. Additionally, you can always pay cash for Tava services. Some insurance plans allow you to see a provider that is “out of network” and receive full or partial reimbursement. Ask us for a quarterly Superbill to submit out-of-network insurance reimbursement claims by emailing client-support@tavahealth.com.
