You can find your Sidecar Health Member ID on the top of the front of your insurance card. Please include all of letters and numbers when entering your Member ID at Tava.
PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT SEE clients with any CHIP, Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans at this time, including as a secondary payer for services.
Check to see if your employer provides coverage for Tava. Additionally, you can always pay cash for Tava services. Some insurance plans allow you to see a provider that is “out of network” and receive full or partial reimbursement. Ask us for a quarterly Superbill to submit out-of-network insurance reimbursement claims by emailing client-support@tavahealth.com
