Your Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Member ID is located below your name on the front of your BCBS ID card. Please make sure to include your three-digit alpha prefix, as well as all of the numbers after these when entering your Member ID at Tava.
PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT SEE clients with any CHIP, Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans at this time, including as a secondary payer for services.
Check to see if your employer provides coverage for Tava. Additionally, you can always pay cash for Tava services. Some insurance plans allow you to see a provider that is “out of network” and receive full or partial reimbursement. Ask us for a quarterly Superbill to submit out-of-network insurance reimbursement claims by emailing support@tavahealth.com.
