Coverage for Sessions
You can add multiple coverage types, including a sponsoring organization, insurance, and a credit card, to cover session costs.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Update the credit card on file for any fees related to late cancellations "rescheduling within 24 hours of a session) or no-shows. This tab also provides details on your provider’s fee policy.
Transaction History
• View charges for fees, self-pay sessions, and insurance balance payments after claims are processed.
• For failed transactions, click Retry to update your card and submit payment.
