Coverage for Sessions
You can add multiple coverage types, including a sponsoring organization, insurance, and a credit card, to cover session costs.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Update the credit card on file for any fees related to late cancellations (rescheduling within 24 hours of a session) or no-shows. This tab also provides details on your provider’s fee policy.
Transaction History
• View charges for fees, self-pay sessions, and insurance balance payments after claims are processed.
• For failed transactions, please update the card on file or contact client-support@tavahealth.com for assistance. Please note: additional sessions cannot be scheduled until all outsanding balances have been paid.
