Need to make changes to an upcoming session? You can easily reschedule or cancel through your Tava account.
How to Reschedule or Cancel
1. Log in to your Tava account and view your upcoming appointments.
2. To reschedule, click the calendar icon with a round arrow and select a new time.
3. To cancel, click the calendar icon with an “X.”
4. Select a reason for the change and add a note for your provider.
You can also manage appointments from the messaging center by reaching out to your provider.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Within 24 Hours
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours of its start time, you may be responsible for your provider’s late cancellation or no-show fee policy. Reach out to your provider directly if you need to request a fee waiver.
Please note:
If a session is canceled or cut short after it has started and lasts fewer than 16 minutes, your provider may still apply a fee depending on their policy — even if the cancellation happens during the appointment.
If Your Provider Doesn't Show Up
If your provider misses your session, you will not be charged for the session or incur any fees. If you have sponsored sessions, they will be returned to your session cap. Please email client-support@tavahealth.com so we can address the issue and update your appointment.
You can also reschedule the missed appointment through your Tava Health account or change providers if you feel that switching providers might suit your needs better.
