Your Nippon Life Benefits Member ID is located above your name on the front of your ID card. Please make sure to include all characters listed when entering your Member ID at Tava.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we are unable to see clients with any Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans.
Check to see if your employer provides coverage for Tava. Additionally, you can always pay cash for Tava services. Some insurance plans allow you to see a provider that is “out of network” and receive full or partial reimbursement. Ask us for a quarterly Superbill to submit out-of-network insurance reimbursement claims by emailing support@tavahealth.com.
