Your AvMed Member ID is located below your Member Name on your AvMed member ID card. All AvMed member IDs begin with the letter A, followed by 10 digits.  

At this time, we are unable to see clients with the following AvMed Plans:

• AvMed Medicare Circle HMO 
• AvMed Medicare Choice HMO 
• AvMed Medicare Acces HMO-POS
• AvMed Medicare Premium Saver HMO 

PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT SEE clients with any CHIP, Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans at this time, including as a secondary payer for services.
