Your Regence BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) Member ID is located below your name on the front of your BCBS ID card. Please make sure to include your three-digit alpha prefix, as well as all of the numbers after these when entering your Member ID at Tava.
NOTICE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH AND UNIVERSITY OF UTAH HEALTH EMPLOYEES AND DEPENDENTS
At this time, we are out-of-network with the Huntsman Mental Health Institute Behavioral Health Network. If your University of Utah plan uses Huntsman Mental Health Network to process mental health claims, any session billed by Tava to your health plan will be processed as out out-of-network. Claims processed as out-of-network will likely have higher copays and cost sharing. Please be aware that any claims billed to Regence BCBS Utah for University of Utah Health Plans that utilize the Huntsman Mental Health Network for mental health claims will process as out-of-network.
If you would like for Tava to be in-network with the Huntsman Mental Health Behavioral Health Network, please contact customer service at 801-581-7931.
PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT SEE clients with any CHIP, Medicaid, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage plans at this time, including as a secondary payer for services.
If you don't have your insurance card, you can access your Member ID by signing in to your account at regence.com or on the Regence app.
Check to see if your employer provides coverage for Tava. Additionally, you can always pay cash for Tava services. Some insurance plans allow you to see a provider that is “out of network” and receive full or partial reimbursement. Ask us for a quarterly Superbill to submit out-of-network insurance reimbursement claims by emailing support@tavahealth.com.
