Your GEHA Member ID is located on the top left of your Member ID card, just below your name.

G.E.H.A members have new medical ID cards with updated member ID numbers and group numbers. Due to changes to the claim submission process, it's important to use the information on the new ID card to ensure timely and accurate claim payment. Here's an example of the new ID card:

You will continue to log in to the GEHA portal and use your G.E.H.A One Healthcare ID to access tools and resources. As of Jan. 1, 2025, you will use the payer ID 39026 for all electronic claim submissions. If you need to mail paper claims, please use this new address:
