Sponsored Sessions
If your employer or organization sponsors your sessions with Tava, you may have a set number of sessions per year. To see if your organization sponsors sessions on Tava, simply type in the name of your organization during the intake process.
Approaching Session Cap
We'll keep you in the loop as you approach your final covered session. You will notice a counter next to each appointment indicating what number it is of your total alotted session. Keeping tabs on the number of sessions you've used will help you plan ahead and ensure you don't have unwanted gaps in your care. Once you've used all the sessions covered by your sponsor, you'll be prompted to add a credit card or insurance card. With your payment method on file, you'll be free to continue booking additional appointments. You will only be charged for sessions after your sponsored sessions run out.
Tracking Your Session Count
You can track the number of sponsored sessions you have used, and the number you have left, on your account homepage when you login.
You can also track your sessions under your sponsor organization on the billing page of your account.
Adding a Payment Method
If you are approaching the end of your sponsored sessions and do not have a credit card on file, you will see a prompt to add a credit card before your last session. You can continue to see your current care provider(s) by paying out of pocket. Session costs vary by provider and can be reviewed on your billing page.
